Person of the Moment award

Last week we were presenting to members of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in Ipswich. Organised by the CII, the venue was Ipswich Town Football Club, where the usual (non-hicoholic) liquid beverages and lunch were to be provided.

As is sometimes the case, there were last minute changes to the format and to the timings, which can occasionally be a real spanner-in-the-works for some locations. Not only did our hosts at Ipswich Town attend to various things without having to be asked - like find some Gaffer tape to straighten the projector screen - they were very happy to accommodate whatever changes were felt necessary. It wasn’t so much a case of nothing being too much trouble, it was more like whatever we wanted was no trouble whatsoever.

It was as a direct result of this very positive experience that we decided to launch the radius 360 Person of the Moment - our recognition of someone who leaves a very positive impression.

Our thanks then to our very first Person of the Moment:

NAOMI HODGES Duty Manager (and her team) at Ipswich Town Football Club

whose calm and welcoming manner made our day so much easier.
