When we established radius in 1998, we took inspiration from the BBC’s purpose statement, ‘To inform, to educate and to entertain.’ Whilst informing and educating are at the core of our work, we firmly believed - and still do - that entertaining also has a place in what we do. Learning is so much easier - and often more effective - when it’s engaging as well as enlightening.
The Personal Development programme
This programme uses innovative techniques and resources, including your own 20-page Insights Discovery profile, to help improve memory skills, understand other people’s behaviour, receive more feedback than you imagined possible, expand comfort zones, increase confidence, create positive habits and help you become empowered.

ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
This programme is ideal for individuals new to the management role and those with management responsibilities but no formal training. It will help them take on the mantle of problem-solver, communicator, organiser, delegator, negotiator and team builder. Successful completion also attains an internationally recognised qualification.
