You may believe, as we do, that the majority of people come to work to give their best and that all businesses
want and need their teams to succeed. Yet there remain
challenges that frustrate team efforts to achieve their full
potential - meeting deadlines, changing priorities or failures
in communication, for example.
A radius 360 team event will enable your team to work
together and experience a different kind of team work. The
event will help colleagues to reconnect with one another
through new perspectives. They will understand and value
each other’s differences and accept individual limitations.
That’s what builds teams.
With a clever combination of coaching methods and group
training techniques, we take your people out of their
team environment so that they can work on their team
environment, in a carefully guided way.

Mention team building events to almost anyone and they
may well get a picture of groups of adults having a good day out at their company’s expense. So what’s wrong with
that? In our view, absolutely nothing, if that’s the purpose.
Some of our Team Challenge days are held purely for
fun - as a reward for employees whose performance has
contributed to the organisation’s success. A way of saying
thank you and keep up the good work.
But what if performance has not been so good? What
difference can a Team Challenge day make? If, as the
saying goes ‘the sum is greater than the total of the parts,’
getting a number of individuals or departments to work
together as a single, cohesive unit should be your aim.
Team Challenge gets individuals or groups together,
building relationships and giving people reasons to respect
one another, building one strong team from a number of
lesser parts.
The only limit as to how we encourage and develop
this teamwork is imagination. Our outdoor events are
designed to develop ingenuity, trust, cooperation and
inter-dependency, using a wide variety of equipment
and techniques. Indoor activities are aimed at improving
communication, cooperation and developing respect.
The contents are always varied to bring the best out of
everyone, be they thinkers, creative or more physical.
