Two of the elements of the radius profile are relate - getting to
know you, and analyse - getting to know your situation. One of
the best methods of achieving both of these is through a Needs
Analysis Workshop.
Lasting about two hours, we take a cross-section of your people
(Management may be excluded) through a structured exercise,
identifying what’s good about your organisation and those areas in
need of attention. This provides significant information on several
levels. It:
• gives a snap-shot of your organisation (yes, warts and all)
• creates a picture of the organisation from the perspective of those
taking part
• gives us a greater indication of training (and often other) needs
• encourages the participants to take part in subsequent training /
development.
In order to maximise the value of the information gleaned, the
participants are assured that whilst what they say will be recorded
and presented, often verbatim, it will be non-attributable.
Anonymity ensures we receive full and accurate information, and
that the training that follows is designed to meet the needs of your organisation, from all perspectives.
