Yessica graduated from a prestigious University in Mexico City in 1992 with an honours degree in Business Management. Since then she has worked in a variety of roles in organisations across Mexico, the United States and England.

Since her arrival in the UK some 11 years ago, Yessica has worked for a number of organisations in a variety of roles, including client relationship management, bids manager and business adviser. In 2003 she gained accreditation as an Investors in People adviser and has been supporting organisations in the implementation of best practices, helping them achieve recognition of the Investor in People Standard, and identifying areas for development both for the staff and the organisation.

In January 2007 Yessica joined radius 360 and continues to work with businesses though training, coaching and consultancy.
