After spending a number of years in sales environments within the property sector, Sally chose a change in direction in the early nineties as area manager with a training company in east London managing five centres. 

At this time Sally started working with the Investor in People standard. Between 1995 and 2005 she assisted numerous organisations supporting them in pursuit of Investors in People recognition. During this period she was headhunted and worked for two and a half years as Operations Manager for an insurance related emergency service provider.

Here she was responsible for driving major performance improvements, achieved through the implementation of a number of strategic initiatives, including a major IT project that resulted in a paperless environment.

Since joining radius 360 in July 2005 Sally has become an Insights Discovery® Licensed Practitioner and still puts her practical knowledge of Investors in People to good use. She especially enjoys developing manager's skills through training and coaching.
