After an all too brief and exciting career as a professional musician, Adrian looked for more stable opportunities to exploit a second skill, that of technical drawing. This interest helped him to secure work in land survey and thereafter a progression of related jobs in the home improvement market and construction industry. He has run his own furniture design and wholesale business and, prior to entering the world of training, worked as a project manager for a property developer.

After founding radius in 1998, Adrian set the company up as an ILM centre (Institute of Leadership & Management) and remains the centre manager for all of radius’ qualification programmes. As a veteran Insights Discovery® licensed practitioner, he is part of the elite ‘facilitation pool’ delivering training to blue chip companies at home and abroad .
