Every person is unique, whether subtly or profoundly they bring to our
work places different gifts, a variety of styles and their own collection
of needs, motivation and expectations. In these differences lie great
strengths. The Discovery journey is one of understanding differences;
understanding more about self, about others, and enabling the connection
of people’s strengths. When we build upon our gifts we create a work
environment where people can more readily achieve their goals.
Using Carl Gustav Jung’s typology, Insights Discovery® Personal profiles
offer a framework for self-understanding and development. Based on
your responses to the Discovery evaluator, your own Foundation Chapter
of approximately twenty pages will include:
• Personal style
• Interacting with others
• Decision making
• Strengths and possible weaknesses
• Value to the team
• Communication
• Suggestions for personal development
• The Insights wheel and colour dynamics
Other available chapters include:
• Management (ideal environment, managing, motivating,
management style)
• Effective selling (approach to the sales task)
• Personal achievement (life and time management, creativity,
learning styles)
Our good friend John Smith has kindly allowed his profile to be used
as an example. Click here for a .pdf copy (2.5mb) of his Insights Discovery®
Personal Profile, and contact us if you’d like to know more.
