If we’ve learned anything, it’s that learning is a continuous
process - it seems there are those who often and those
who only occasionally learn from the experience.
At radius 360 we regularly see how the power of discovery learning significantly increases the value of individual and
team development, which is why it’s an important feature
of our training. We create opportunities for our delegates
to explore ideas relevant to their own situation, reflect
on the results and draw their own conclusions. Learning
from their experience means they are much more likely to
believe in and apply what they’ve discovered. It’s one of
the best ways we know of changing behaviour; after all,
if we want things to be different, we have to do different
things.
No doubt the 7 year-old learned to do something different
with the broccoli!
We could tell you how long radius 360 has been around
(about 10 years), and about the combined experience our
people have in the training business (over 50 years). But
we thought it would be better for some of our customers to
let you know about their experiences with us …
