Julie’s first role within training and development was with a leading global logistics company more than 15 years ago, where she designed and delivered induction training for call centre staff. Her career progressed into an internal consultancy role, supporting senior managers to achieve business objectives through the best use of their people.

She has designed and delivered innovative management and interpersonal training programmes, implemented a company wide competency based selection process, worked with internal partners to facilitate design of competencies and departmental development plans.

Since joining radius in 2004, Julie has supported businesses through designing Customer Care Standards, management training, personal and team effectiveness using the Insights Discovery® model.

Julie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and an Insights Discovery® Licensed Practitioner .
